This journal primarily documents a special encoder, the model number of which is: IRS960-600 ID 651004-35. This is a very important encoder, especially crucial in the field of steel production.
In the previous entry, we introduced an encoder with 1200 pulses, and today we will discuss this 600-pulse product. In fact, these two products are encoders from the same series with different parameters, the difference being: the number of pulses.
In the previous journal, we mentioned that the development of an alternative product for this model was completed last year. Since the beginning of this year, there have been three or four inquiries about this product. Therefore, it was decided to write a comprehensive journal.
Here's a declaration: What we provide is an alternative with the same parameters, a 1:1 parameter replacement.
We can take a look at the comparison images of the two products:
Left image: Original product. Right image: Alternative product.
IRS960-600 ID 651004-35, the parameters of this encoder are as follows:
- Incremental Rotary Encoders for separate rotor coupling
- Outer Diameter: 120 mm
- Length: 115 mm
- Shaft Diameter: 15 mm
The alternative product we have developed closely replicates the appearance of the original, with installation dimensions and application parameters being identical. Since the successful development of this alternative product, it has been praised by several steel enterprise users.
Our mission is to help more customers solve encoder applications, whether it's discontinued encoders or hard-to-procure encoders, we will do our utmost to provide solutions upon commission.
This blog will continue to update alternative products for other model numbers. Although these are niche products, we are still willing to provide alternative solutions. In short: if you have encoder issues, you can come to us.
That's all for this journal.
