Today, we will introduce two heavy-duty encoders, the FG40KK-8192G-90G-NG e FG40KK-1024G-90G-NG. These encoders are commonly used in the metallurgical and chemical industries and are part of an excellent series of encoders.
As previously noted in my records, the procurement and delivery period for the FG40KK series encoders is quite long, and most application customers cannot wait for such extended delivery times. Against this backdrop, a steel enterprise commissioned us to develop alternative products for the FG40KK series. The FG40KK series and the FG40K series belong to the same category, with the difference being the number of terminal strips.
The installation dimensions for the FG40KK series encoders feature a flange size of 115mm and a shaft diameter of 11mm (with some exceptions at 14mm). These are the basic parameters. Different models are distinguished by their pulse counts. For these two models, the pulse counts are 8192ppr and 1024ppr, respectively.
Below, I will showcase our alternative products.
The photo on the left is of the product without any coating. The photo on the right is of the housing that has undergone surface oxidation. Typically, it has a structure with two terminal boxes. The image shows a special result, an alternative with a connector style.
Last time, due to the urgency of shipping to Russia, we did not have time to take photos, and only a backside photo was available. This photo mainly displays the color of the surface oxidation.
These two models are currently very popular, especially within China, where these two styles are inquired about the most. In summary, the FG40KK-8192G-90G-NG e FG40KK-1024G-90G-NG have achieved the perfect alternative solution, helping customers to shorten procurement time or overcome procurement difficulties.
